While static stretches post-workout may help lengthen muscle and improve flexibility, foam rolling does all this and more by also targeting and relieving tension in the myofascial layer of your body.

Foam rolling exercises make a fantastic addition to your self-healing repertoire. This self-myofascial release technique can safely and effectively relieve tension, tightness, and pain in your back. However, I do not recommend you try to do this yourself. You can hurt yourself in some way. In my opinion, it would be best to do it with the help of some specialists. And before that, do a doctor’s consultation, see if you actually need this to do.

Such massage instruments are excellent. I am very stressed at work and most of all I sit on my office chair, which is not so comfortable. This is why I have many instruments with which I can make a lot of massages. From time to time, I am even going to a massage master. It is incomparable how masterfully they are relaxing my body. I like trying new styles of massage. I find most of them on ambrosae.com. I can always find a type of massage that can easily relax a certain zone in the body, using different instruments.
